Ms. Chanetta Tunstall is the Founder and Commanding Executive Officer of a non-profit agency known as Victorious Living Incorporated. Ms. Tunstall became an ordained Minister of the Gospel initially in September of 2005 under the leadership of Overseer Gilbert Robinson and Pastor Ruby Robinson. Where she has graciously served in the Living Hope Ministry since 2001. She furthered answered the call to expand in the ministry as it related to Biblical Leadership and World Wide Evangelism studies in 2013. A ministerial licensing was obtained in 2014 from River Bible Institute in May of 2014.
Ms. Chanetta is the blessed mother of three children and two grandchildren. Her disciplines also include Criminal Justice Bachelor of Science Degree with a minor in Psychology, Juvenile Justice Case Management, Certified Life Coach, Certified HUD Housing Inspector, Certified Nursing Assistant, Mental Health Technician, Correction Officer Training, Motivational Speaking, Child Protection Services Investigations, Child Abuse Prevention, Homeless Recovery and Prevention, Youth Social Skill/Life Skill Enhancement, Parental Coaching, Property Management and Investments.
Ms. Chanetta is well known and frequently sought out for her Life Coaching expertise in establishing household budgets and management systems. Her lifelong passion is to assist families in gaining and maintaining long-term self-sufficiency. This is done by utilizing the core values of Communication, Organization and Goal Setting as it relates to each family unit.

healthcare management. Hobbies are the simple things in life such as family, faith, and community. A typical
weekday for her is setting up at a local food pantry, shelter, community park or assisting case managers of
non-profits with their client’s healthcare needs. She travels throughout Sarasota, Manatee and Port Charlotte
County serving while assisting communities with health coverage and so much more.

Velma Bennett was ordained as a preacher and teacher of the gospel of Jesus Christ on Saturday, December 15, 2018, through Lighthouse Ministries and Outreaches, Incorporated where she is a part of the fellowship body under Bishop Charles E. Daniels.
Velma was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 18, after a friend coming home from college, invited her and another friend to attend a service in the Titusville/Eatonville, Florida area. God knew how to get her attention by saying “GO”! She didn’t expect to have a life-changing experience, but that night, she and her friend both gave their lives to the LORD!
Velma is the daughter of James Bennett and the late, Gloria Wright. She was raised by her great grandmother, Inez Harrell, who made sure that she was taught of the Lord. She is the mother of a beautiful daughter, Michal, and granddaughter, Symone.
Velma graduated from Riverview High School in Sarasota,Florida in 1978, later Manatee Community College (State College of Florida) in Bradenton, Florida, and Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Economics. She has a background in retail banking, insurance claims, social work, and law enforcement. She has taught Human Diversity and General subjects to new law enforcement recruits at the Manatee Technical College and Probation and Parole officers during in-service training. She has been employed in the Manatee County k-12 public school system since 2005, where she taught English to Adult students of other languages at Manatee Technical College, Social Studies at Palmetto High School and Lincoln Memorial Middle School.
Lakeshia Tunstall is a certified Etiquette Coach, Community Educator and Basic Sewing Instructor. Better known as Ms K, her certification in Etiquette and years of working as a personal seamstress combined with her love of the generation to come seems to be a predestined road as she comes from a long bloodline of women who’ve worked in the same fields for decades. Today Ms K acts as a coach showing youth the essence of #Ladyism. Appealing to an evolving facet of little girls who will one day become Ladies is truly her calling.
Sheree Tunstall, is an educator and leader passionate about empowering others through knowledge and community service. A Bethune-Cookman University graduate with a degree in Special Education, she has served as a teacher, Community Engagement specialist, and school administrator in Florida and Alabama.
As a devoted wife and mother of three, Sheree is deeply committed to fostering inclusive learning environments, strengthening communities, and inspiring positive change.
